I live in a no front plate state. That's the first Solstice I've seen with a front plate. There's literally no place to mount that plate on that car.

Did you take these right before Noah's Ark floated by?

Sure, there is. Right on top of the grille, blocking half of it off...

Yep - yesterday afternoon. It would be a different story today, with some pretty intense window- rattling storms rolling through

Couldn’t help but notice the Dean Team  of Kirkwood license plate bracket. Seems an odd place to get a Solstice, but it was probably a trade in.

I can’t think of any VW I'd want to trade a Solstice for. Do they still make GTIs?

The solstice would look good if they polished the darn headlights.

The whole thing had a layer of patina. It really needed a good detailing.

And yesterday I noticed the headlights on my Mazda were developing a little bit of that haze :(

So my Mazda has the haze and I got a polish kit only to realize it’s in the inside of the lenses . I was like FFFFF......

Oh, God, no... I sure hope that's not the case on mine. I can't justify the cost of replacing a cracked taillight section - I don't want to think what the cost of two new headlights would be...
